UNIDENTIFIED SPEAKER: So we're going to get started with our next session. It's my pleasure, on behalf of Barclays Capital, to introduce our next company, ACADIA Pharmaceuticals. We're very happy to have with us Dr. Uli Hacksell, the Company's CEO, to provide an update on what's going on with ACADIA.

For those of you who don't know the company, ACADIA's a development stage biotech company focused on areas of neurology and other areas of unmet need. Their led Pimavanserin, is in a Phase III for Parkinson's disease psychosis. They also have collaboration agreements with Allergan, focused on glaucoma and neuropathic pain, and a fair amount of data flow this year. So we're very happy to have Uli with us to provide an update.

And, I'll turn it over to Uli now.

ULI HACKSELL, CEO, ACADIA PHARMACEUTICALS: Thank you, [Jim], and good morning. And let me start out by saying that I'm going to make forward-looking statements today, and therefore I encourage you to look at the risk factors that we have filed with the SEC. ACADIA is a CNS focused company with four pretty advanced product candidates, the most advanced one is Pimavanserin in Phase III clinical trials for Parkinson's disease psychosis. We also look -- have the opportunities in other large underserved markets like chronic pain, glaucoma, and schizophrenia.

All ACADIA's programs emanate from discoveries made at ACADIA. Let me say that ACADIA is founded in science, and that's the result of that scientific focus. And we have a good financial position today. These are -- is our key product candidates, led by Pimavanserin. Behind that, we have two collaborations with Allergan. One in chronic pain, which is in Phase II clinical trials, another one in glaucoma, which is in Phase I clinical trials. And then we have also ACP-106, which is another product coming from our research [only] platform, which can serve as a follow on molecule to Pimavanserin.

In this presentation I will focus very much on the Pimavanserin opportunity. Pimavanserin is a selective 5-HT2A inverse agonist or antagonist, if you wish, with a strong intellectual property position with great opportunities in underserved markets, including the psychosis in various neurology indications, but also in other indications where antipsychotics are used currently.

We have, over and over again, proven in a number of clinical trials, including more than 500 treated subjects, that Pimavanserin has a very strong safety and tolerability profile. That it has antipsychotic efficacy in various kind of diseases. And that it has a long duration of action, something which is a great asset for a CNS drug.

Now in order to fully understand the potential of Pimavanserin, I think it's important to understand the antipsychotic market itself. So this is, in fact, a very large market, that currently exceeding $18 billion. You can see...
