In a town famous for its architectural adoration of clean, sweeping lines, gleaming brushed steel and glass windows, Clo and Charles S. Cohen have pulled off the best of the breed.
And it all started when Charles fell in love with three buildings and his future wife, Cloin that order. "One day in Los Angeles, I drove by these three magnificent structuresthe Pacific Design Centerand thought, Who owns these? I have to get my arms around them," recalls the New York real estate developer, who already owned Manhattan's D&D Building.
