Sheldon Citrin
Sheldon "Shell" Citrin of Eugene died Feb. 19 of complications of diabetes. He was 83. A private memorial service is planned.
He was born Sept. 28, 1925, in Los Angeles to William and Pearl Block Citrin. He and his wife, Janet, were married in 1964.
Citrin served in the Navy.
Survivors include his wife; three daughters, April Beker of Geneva, Gayle Durney of Tewksbury, Mass., and Eileen Braverman of Eugene; a brother, Herb of Los Angeles; and six grandchildren.
Arrangements by Andreason's Cremation and Burial Service in Springfield. In lieu of flowers, remembrances to River Road First Baptist Church.
Grant Cochran
CRESWELL - The funeral will be held at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 3, at the Veterans of Foreign Wars in Creswell for Grant Cochran of Creswell, who died Feb. 24 of age-related causes. He was 88. Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tuesday at the VFW hall. A graveside service will be at noon Wednesday, March 4, at Willamette National Cemetery in Portland.
He was born Aug. 18, 1920, in Council Bluffs, Iowa to Donald and Grace Davis Cochran. He married Hallie Pratt on May 24, 1947, in San Antonio
