Over that time, she has had no problems. She reports that she has been eating well. She has had no vomiting or diarrhea. The guardian expresses concerns that Lizzy seems a little short.

She has no chronic medical problems. She has never been hospitalized nor had any surgeries.

The foster parent admits that there is limited knowledge of family medical history. She has been told that Lizzy's mother had a history of depression and substance abuse, and her father is healthy. Lizzy has a 10-year-old brother who is healthy and well-grown.
