American Locker Announces Update on Negotiations with the City of Grapevine

GRAPEVINE, Texas-American Locker Group Incorporated ("American Locker" or the "Company"), announced recently that the City of Grapevine has decided to take no further action towards the purchase of the Company's manufacturing facility and corporate headquarters (the 'Real Property').

Although the City has expressed their intention to condemn the Real Property for the last year and a half, it has resisted the Company's efforts to negotiate a resolution until recently. The City's actions have created uncertainty which have hampered the Company's efforts to improve liquidity.
