The Results Are In ACG and Thomson Reuters recently released results of the twice yearly Dealmakers Survey and despite current negative sentiment, most deal professionals anticipate M&A will improve in the second half of 2009.

88% of dealmakers say the current M&A environment is fair or poor, compared to 86% in December 2008 - marking the worst sentiment in the five year history of the survey.
