The speed of change in our industry, makes for distorted perceptions, but step off the instant-Messenger-for-my-Blackberry treadmill for a minute, and you'll realize there was life before the Internet. Expedia, Orbitz and their brethren are youngsters as far as corporate travel goes, despite their respective growth spurts.
