I agree, I actually was talking about taking a different approach to IP and so actually having this sort of think of IP internationally maybe in convention of what Mr. Nelson was talking about here, in terms of having an IP clearing house as an exchange. It actually has been tried by the world business council on sustainable development, they call an eco patent pooling. But they don't incentivize the innovators, it's more just to share ideas.
