The North Face, the world's premier supplier of authentic, innovative and technically advanced outdoor apparel, equipment and footwear, enjoyed its most successful year ever in 2007--and continues to climb toward ever higher peaks.

The company has redesigned its stores, put more emphasis on what were once viewed as peripheral product lines, and plans to outfit its Web site with cutting-edge technologies to allow customers immediate access to core sports and globetrotting expeditions.

The year just past "was also the most successful year from a brand-positioning perspective," says vice president of marketing Joe Flannery, "as well as setting up the brand for similar growth in the next three to five years."
