Feb. 17--Kimberly-Clark, the maker of Kleenex tissues and Huggies diapers, will eliminate 85 jobs in Waco and relocate them to India.

The move is part of a worldwide restructuring by Kimberly-Clark that involves closing, selling or streamlining 24 facilities.

Syzygy Inc., 7100 Imperial Drive, has been performing back-office tasks for Kimberly-Clark for about 20 years. But the plant apparently became a target for closing two years ago, when Kimberly-Clark announced it would take steps to create annual savings of up to $350 million....
