Canadian Arcaneo seeks meetings technology niche.

Toronto-based meetings technology provider Arcaneo may have been overshadowed in the past five years by its U.S.-based competitors, but the company has been quietly racking up corporate clients--including Nike, Best Buy, Amgen, Honda and ING. Arcaneo president and CEO Dale Beckles recently sat down with Meetings Today editor Corrie Dosh to discuss the company's growth strategy and obstacles for buyers implementing tech systems in Europe.

Meetings Today: When you launched Arcaneo in 2001, there already were quite a few competitors. Why did you enter the fray?
