Terry Campbell, CFO of Kansas City, Mo.-based HNTB Corp., first became involved in travel back in 2000 because of internal service concerns.

"The travelers felt that they were not getting the kind of service and responsiveness that they needed," he said. "From the company's perspective, we are always trying to be as vigilant as we can about costs in any part of our business. This was an area where we were truly not getting service and we were seeing costs that were changing unfavorably fairly dramatically."
