Nov. 4--Theresa Criswell, a manager at King Soopers in the Hancock Plaza shopping center in Colorado Springs, is ready to accept the labor contract offered by the company.

Criswell, who is a member of United Food and Commercial Workers union Local 7, doesn't want the union to call a strike and is willing to accept wage and benefit concessions to make sure the company can remain competitive with Wal-Mart Stores Inc.
