Much has been written about corporate culture, but I fear that many leaders dismiss those discussions as "soft" stuff. Let us clear the air. By "culture", I mean "expectations about how we work together." Those expectations may be stated or unspoken, consciously learned or passively absorbed in the course of daily life.
