Wireless companies are expected to generate an estimated $95 billion in revenue in 2003--including handset sales (9.8% of revenue) and service plans (90.2%)--with 150 million subscribers, including 59% of all adults age 18 or older, up six points from mid-2001, according to Mintel International Group.
