Agencies and their vendors are developing or partnering for faster and more controllable reporting of more data as well as more types of data. As much as anything else, new directions in reporting for a number of agencies are being mapped by the requirements of procurement methods taking hold at midmarket and large corporations.

The needs of transnationals, meanwhile, continue to impel providers in their evaluation of which tools to select.
