While most people gaze up to the sky and marvel at the mysteries of the solar system, we in the asphalt roofing business have a slightly different vision. As our eyes glance towards the heavens, we see asphalt-roofing systems, and the vision to us is just as inspiring!
Perhaps this is overstating it a little, but the job of the Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association's members is to continue to keep our industry and its products in the forefront of the trade, and, ultimately, consumers.
Since we represent, as many of you know, the majority of the asphalt roofing industry's manufacturing companies and their raw material suppliers, we are committed to making sure everyone is informed of the latest technical and general developments. Historically, ARMA has disseminated information on roofing materials, conducted field research related to product performance, and served as the voice of the industry when technical data and other information was needed for building and code officials, trade groups and regulatory agencies, among others.
