| Instructor Biography: |
| Josh Fuhrer痴 three Bachelor of Science degrees in the arts taught him very little about investment real estate, so he learned the ropes through the school of hard knocks. After a near-fatal car accident left him unable to work, he decided he needed to find a way to generate an income without a job. Now a successful real estate investor with experience in everything from single-family homes to apartments to mobile homes, Josh has been featured in the Business pages of The New York Times and on CNBC痴 PowerLunch program. He is currently working toward a Masters degree in real estate development, and serves on the board of directors of a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping low-income families buy their first homes. |
