He is the published author of a number of books on Outlook, including the Microsoft Exchange 5 Sourcebook and How to Do Everything with Microsoft Office Outlook 2003. In addition to this course, Bill teaches Getting Organized with Outlook 2000 and Introduction to Outlook 2002, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. |
