Instructor Biography:
With a Master of Arts degree in Medieval History, Scott Jernigan feels as much at home in the musty archives of London as he does in the warm glow of a computer monitor. Scott teaches A+ Certification and PC hardware classes around the country, including several stints at the FBI Academy in Quantico, VA, Lucent Technologies in Baltimore, MD, and the United Nations in New York City. Scott has also edited numerous computer books, including the best-selling All in One A+ Certification Exam Guide and the Network+ Certification Exam Guide from McGraw-Hill. Practicing what he teaches, Scott is an A+ and Network+ Certified Technician.

Lesson 2 Objective Learn some basic facts about websites and their design, including a general overview of how web browsers work, basic HTML concepts, and an introduction to the techniques and principles of web design.
Lesson 3 Syllabus Building Webs in FrontPage
Lesson 3 Objective Become familiar with the FrontPage interface, including Views, Menu Bars, and Toolbars and their functions.
Lesson 4 Syllabus Working with Text
Lesson 4 Objective Learn how to use the Navigation View tools to build a nicely structured web site, and to change and manipulate your web site structure.

Lesson 5 Objective Master the techniques for using text in FrontPage 2002. Learn how to format text, apply font styles and colors, place text in paragraphs, and position paragraphs on a web page.
